The first verse revealed to the prophet Muhammad SAW was from Surah Al- Alaq verses 1-5

بِسْمِاللهِالرَّحْمٰنِالرَّحِيمِ

إِقْرَأْبِاسْمِرَبِّكَالَّذِيخَلَقَ {1}

خَلَقَالْإِنْسَانَمِنْعَلَقٍ {2}

إِقْرَأْوَرَبُّكَالْأَكْرَمُ {3}

لَّذِيعَلَّمَبِالْقَلَمِأَ{4}

عَلَّمَالْإِنْسَانَمَالَمْيَعْلَمْ {5}
